Order Processing & Production Time
Since most of our items are custom-made and personalized, order fulfillment consists of two stages: production and transit. Standard non-customized items are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Customized printing orders require 2 to 5 business days for design approval, printing, and quality control before dispatch.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines
We ship across India using reliable courier partners and speed post services. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
Metro Cities & Major Hubs: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of India & Remote Areas: 5 to 9 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, festive surges, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package. We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions on qualifying order totals, as specified on our platform.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, including pincode and contact number. Mahira Gifts Gallery and BrandBihar Printing Solutions Pvt Ltd are not liable for delayed or returned shipments resulting from incorrect addresses or unreachability upon delivery. Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages.
